2 ounce bag of loose leaf organic lemongrass, grown in the Tea With Iris garden in Palm Desert, California. The lemongrass leaves are harvested while young, washed and air-dried in a greenhouse.
Brewing instructions:
Add dried lemongrass leaves to water. 1-2 teaspoons per cup of water. Bring the water with the lemongrass to a boil. Once it's boiling, turn down the heat and then let it simmer for 5 minutes covered. Take from the heat and keep aside to steep let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
